Jumbo Lump – The premium grade of a true blue crab (callinectus sapidus), white, delicate but firm, WITH A sweet, flavorful taste.

 

Regular Lump – Processed from the body of the blue crab. Similar in taste to the Jumbo Lump but with smaller pieces of meat.

 

Claw Meat – From the claws of the blue crab, brownish in color, with a more pronounced flavor & texture.

 

Clawfingers - This meat is left attached to the “feather” of the finger. Mostly used as an appetizer.
